El Desenterrador
ABOUT THE PROJECT
A scenic creation and research project around the body and words. El Desenterrador puts his gaze on the word and its relationship with the body and action. The corpology of words is that property that they have not only to create and designate the physical world, but also to generate an ethical world, a political system and a social order.
Excavation is a pedagogical mechanism around the words, language, dialogue and ethical values that construct us, which allows everyone to collaborate and to exchange knowledge and improve the ability to think, listen and jointly build a discourse.
Permanent excavation invites those who visit and experience it to enter into a double reflection through a practice, on the one hand on the use of words, language and its mechanisms, and on the other hand, on certain fundamental values of our community and its role and theoretical and practical significance in contemporary society.
It is a talk guided by an expert where, with a series of rules that the participants learn and must respect, we will try to unearth a certain word; and to come together to the original "sense" of value from which we are invited to work.
It is in the joint investigation process of this deep and original meaning of the word where, through this regulated conversation system, that, mechanisms, "senses", contradictions and paradoxes of the language and the word appear in their common and shared use.
